Australia Post have advised that they are currently experiencing delivery delays due to a high volume of parcels in our network. We aim to ship items within 48 hours of receipt of your order but delivery may be slightly delayed in some areas.
All items larger than a letter size are posted using trackable Australia Post services These do not include insurance but it can be added if required. Signature on Delivery is also optional.
We are not responsible for any orders lost in transit, but are happy to provide tracking numbers and posting information to lodge an enquiry/ claim with Australia Post.
Please ensure that your delivery address is correct. We cannot be responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses.
